Job Description
The HR Consultant at Pure Storage plays a vital role in the HR Operations Shared Services team, providing operational support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
- Assist managers with performance management and employee relations.
- Conduct investigations and report outcomes related to employee relations.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal on organizational changes.
- Review and improve core employee processes and analyze trends.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop HR programs.
- Utilize HR information system to manage complex transactions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends in organizational health.
- Identify best practices across regions for HR operations.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a HR Operations position and/or a client-facing HR Specialist role.
- 4 years experience with Workday or other HR Information System, ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing system.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to details.
- Ability to work across time zones and is comfortable in a virtual work environment through Zoom meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
- Possess the maturity to work with and manage confidential information.
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, consulting, coaching, and leadership development.
- Ability to understand and interpret multiple sides of complex scenarios, involving the necessary team members at the appropriate time.
- Ability to lead, influence and partner across key stakeholders to ensure the team achieves the best outcome.
- Ability to drive change management and organizational initiatives.
- Knowledge of multiple country employment and labor laws, ability to interact internally and with external counsel where appropriate, and conduct data research through external sources or networks, as needed.

Annual base salary range of $84,000.00 - $127,000.00
