Job Description
The Senior Specialist on the Extended Workforce team at Pure Storage will manage and optimize processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and compliance for a global extended workforce, focusing on risk management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, offboard, and extend worker engagements for a diverse international team.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for extended worker engagements.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Resolve issues related to extended workforce management promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in extended workforce management, human resources, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of extended workforce landscape.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience with Workday or other HR Information System.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing system.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including worker classification and contract terms.
