Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub. This role will support the Finance, HR, and Legal P&L , including Forecast and consolidations across all G&A corp functions. Ensuring strong execution in accuracy, forecasting, and insights. This role will also drive spend modeling, workforce insights, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically strong self-starter with solid modeling and communication skills. This individual will enhance reporting, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with business priorities and KPIs.
Requirements
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
FP&A Experience: Proven success in business-facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management.
Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross-functional relationships.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
