Job Description
The role involves leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the G A organization, supporting decision-making through financial modeling, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize spend and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the close, planning, forecasting, and performance management processes for G A organization.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate trade-offs, support planning, and improve cost efficiency.
- Improve reporting and streamline FP A processes through automation tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI.
- Support end-to-end expense management, including budgeting, forecasting, and spend discipline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget tracking, contract analysis, and productivity insights.
- Establish standardized FP A processes and manage a remote team of analysts for spend management activities.
Requirements
- Proven success in business-facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management.
- Experience with financial systems such as Anaplan, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to build and maintain financial models across P L, OPEX, headcount, non-headcount, and allocations to evaluate trade-offs, support planning, and improve cost efficiency.
- Experience supporting end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring disciplined spend management and alignment with near- and long-term plans.
- Ability to support and lead core FP A operations, establish standardized processes, and manage a remote team of analysts to support accruals, purchase requisitions, and broader spend management activities.
- Location requirement: must work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
