Job Description

The role involves developing and executing enterprise-focused marketing strategies across key accounts in the EMEA region, with a focus on account-based marketing, stakeholder alignment, and performance optimization to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and deal velocity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-focused marketing strategies for key accounts in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with regional Field Marketing teams to integrate enterprise priorities into regional plans.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, executing high-touch ABM tactics and reporting on progress.
  • Support global initiatives such as customer advisory boards and executive briefings, aligning regional activities.
  • Guide regional teams in executing enterprise marketing activities, including executive events and campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA Enterprise Sales and marketing teams for prioritized accounts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on influence-based KPIs to optimize enterprise marketing efforts.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements and ensure continuous optimization of marketing spend.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regional data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven capability to lead through influence across multiple teams including regional Field Marketing Managers, ABM Center of Excellence, digital teams, programs, and global teams without direct reporting lines or full budget ownership.
  • Strong competence in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution for key enterprise accounts, including account engagement motions, executive events, personalization, and high-touch tactics, with the ability to facilitate repeatability and scaling best practices across markets.
  • Ability to translate enterprise priorities, such as 60x20, into clear, executable regional actions, ensuring the right account tactics are embedded into existing field marketing plans.
  • Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and tracking influence-based KPIs such as enterprise marketing influence pipeline, account engagement, net new contacts, and opportunity creation velocity, and turning insights into strategic recommendations to improve outcomes within regional budget frameworks.
  • Demonstrated strength in hands-on execution of complex enterprise programs, especially executive-level experiences like Executive Business Centers (EBC), Customer Advisory Boards (CAB), and high-impact events, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and consistency across core markets.
  • Exceptional proven capability in complex stakeholder management, serving as the critical link to drive seamless cross-functional alignment and execution between regional FMMs, Enterprise Sales, Global Marketing, and supporting teams such as ABM CoE, Digital, and Programs.
  • Ability to translate enterprise priorities into clear, actionable regional plans, ensuring appropriate account-based marketing tactics are prioritized and executed within regional plans.
  • Experience in supporting global initiatives such as customer advisory boards or executive briefings centers (EBCs), particularly involving prioritized enterprise accounts in core markets.
  • Experience in influencing, analyzing, and reporting on influence-based KPIs such as enterprise pipeline, account engagement, and opportunity velocity, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to serve as the primary link between enterprise sales and regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment and execution of enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and thrive in collaboration with multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Physical presence in the UK, with onsite work required once per week at the Staines office.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-grade marketing activities, including executive events and high-impact programs, with a focus on operational excellence and quality.
