At Everpure, we're building an Emerging Business organization focused on accelerating new growth opportunities from incubation to scalable businesses.
Requirements

- Commercial Acumen: You understand how businesses get built—from strategy, pricing, and business models through sales motions, pipeline, bookings, and Closed/Won.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You are skilled at bringing together teams with different priorities and driving them toward a common outcome, even when you don't have direct authority.
- Strategic & Tactical Range: You can move seamlessly between defining the commercial strategy and rolling up your sleeves to solve the details that stand in the way of execution.
- Problem Solver: When the existing process doesn't work, you don't stop at "that's not how we do it." You find a way around, over, under, or through the wall.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: You are energized by new businesses, evolving priorities, and incomplete information.
- Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
- This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
