Key Responsibilities

As the Business Operations Manager for Global Real Estate , you are the strategic engine behind Everpure’s global footprint. This isn't just about managing budgets; it’s about transforming how our facilities and real estate teams operate through data-driven precision and a "automation-first" philosophy. You will act as the vital bridge between our Geo Directors, Finance, and Accounting teams, ensuring our capital projects and portfolio decisions are backed by rigorous financial modeling and airtight operational controls. If you thrive on turning complex data sets into actionable business insights and enjoy building scalable processes that directly impact a company’s bottom line, this role offers the platform to lead high-stakes global initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Financial Orchestration: Lead the global annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting in partnership with G&A Finance, ensuring the business moves from "bottoms-up" activity planning to precise financial execution.
Strategic Deal Modeling: Support regional directors by performing transaction-level analysis and maintaining a bi-annual, automated long-range financial forecast for the entire real estate portfolio.
Operational Excellence & Compliance: Drive strict adherence to financial controls, SOX compliance, and capital improvement project protocols, serving as the primary conduit for asset settlement and quarterly performance reporting.
Systems Innovation: Identify and deploy process automation opportunities using advanced tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, etc.) to eliminate manual tasks and elevate the quality of global facilities data.
Portfolio Performance: Collaborate with the Global Strategy Director and Data Analytics team to define and track KPIs that drive cost optimization and insightful real estate decision-making.
Financial Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert for the business on vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and account coding, providing the training and resources necessary to maintain high financial literacy across the team.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-mortem analyses on budget cycles to implement process enhancements that improve Everpure's overall financial position and project performance.

Requirements

Financial & Operational Mastery: Extensive experience in business management, finance, or operations, with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial principles.
Advanced Systems Proficiency: capability in data and automation tools, including Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, and the ability to build/manage AI tools and bots beyond simple prompting.
Process Engineering Mindset: Proven ability to document complex processes and implement lean methodologies (such as Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and data integrity.
Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data from various global sources into clear, decision-ready models and reports.
Collaborative Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead financial refresh meetings across different time zones.
Adaptability & Impact: A proactive approach to working in dynamic environments, with the capacity to shift priorities and support global stakeholders up until 11am PST as needed.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
