Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas
Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position solutions
Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of all-flash enterprise storage technology
Requirements
8 years of field sales experience
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
Strong drive for sales and relationship building
Goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
Excellent time management and communication skills
Native Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English
