Job Description
The role involves developing new business and promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions by building strong customer relationships, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets within the enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote all-flash enterprise storage solutions to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to acquire new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals highlighting product benefits to clients
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Native Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English
