Job Description

The role involves driving new business and managing enterprise accounts for Pure Storage's all-flash data storage solutions, focusing on building customer relationships, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business and secure enterprise accounts through prospecting and relationship building
Develop and execute account strategies to close deals and meet sales quotas
Collaborate with partners, including channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners, to position solutions
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to ensure customer success
Manage sales pipeline to maintain a strong flow of opportunities and exceed targets
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions to clients

Requirements

8 years of field sales experience
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
Strong drive for sales and relationship building
Excellent time management and communication skills
Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
Fluent in German and professional proficiency in English
