Job Description
This role involves evangelizing and selling all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, building strong customer relationships, leading pursuit teams, and managing sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets in a dynamic, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelize and promote Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to demonstrate Pure's value proposition
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for customer acquisition
- Drive and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
- Assess customer needs and position technology solutions to address business challenges
- Identify and prospect new customers to expand the customer base
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Ensure post-sales customer success and satisfaction
Requirements
- The candidate must be based in Istanbul, Turkey, and be present in the office for 3 days a week, with variations depending on business need as outlined in Pure s Hybrid Work Policy.
- The candidate must demonstrate authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
- The candidate must possess thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset, with the ability to apply customer insights and technology expertise to position Pure s portfolio to solve persistent problems.
- The candidate must be an avid hunter with proven prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between the boardroom and the data center while passionately positioning the advantages of a Pure Storage solution.
- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, and be able to build and deepen relationships over time.
- The candidate must be able to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- The candidate must have expertise in leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
- The candidate must have a consistent track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development in Turkey, specifically within FSI clients.
- The candidate must have a proven history of consistently delivering between 5 million and 10 million USD in revenue per year.
