Everpure Japan is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our Emerging team in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
You will promote our innovative and simple all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, and accurately communicate the value Everpure delivers to customers in Japan’s SocialInfra space.
You will continuously lead efforts to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction through building strong customer relationships and making long-term investments in those relationships.
You will develop and execute account plans that maximize internal resources, lead project teams, and drive new customer acquisition.
You will ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual targets by managing a healthy and robust sales pipeline.
Requirements
Sincerity and passion to engage seriously with customers in Japan’s SocialInfra accounts, with a strong commitment to deeply understanding their business challenges.
Ability to manage a broad territory, demonstrating insight, creativity, and a challenger mindset, while leveraging knowledge of technical solutions to propose effective customer solutions through Everpure’s product portfolio.
A strong track record and proactive approach to new customer acquisition, with the ability to communicate effectively from executive leadership to data center operations, and passionately articulate the value of our solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to build and deepen trusted relationships.
Strategic planning and execution skills aimed at maximizing revenue and improving operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams while emphasizing teamwork.
A history of consistently exceeding targets and delivering business results that earn recognition and recommendations from other organizations.
Passion for customer success even after contract execution.
At least 3 to 5 years of corporate sales experience, primarily focused on new customer acquisition or business development.
Sales experience and industry knowledge in the financial services industry are a plus.
Conversational English is not required; however, the ability to read and understand English using translation tools is preferred.
