• Develop and Execute Partner Growth Strategy: Create and drive long-term business growth strategies with National SI/Resale Partners in Japan. This includes:
• Drive Mindshare and Enablement: Win the trust and mindshare of partner sales and technical sales counterparts by effectively showcasing how Pure Storage’s products and solutions drive their business growth.
• Manage Executive Relationships: Establish and strengthen executive sponsorship within partner organizations to accelerate collaboration and represent Pure Storage as the primary relationship owner.
• Optimize Partner Engagement: Gain a deep understanding of internal and external process details and continuously identify opportunities to streamline engagement processes between partners and Pure Storage.
• A strategic mindset with the demonstrated ability to represent a global company, driven by a desire to realize significant impact through partnership.
• Proven track record of growing business with SI/Resale partners in related industries, products, or services.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders across various organizational layers, including those outside of a direct report-to structure.
• Native-level Japanese language skills are essential.
• Business level English is preferred but not mandatory
