High school diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, or mechanically inclined experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and make basic mechanical adjustments.
Comfortable working around industrial machinery, excessive heat, and high-voltage equipment.
Ability to work in tight spaces, underneath machinery, and on elevated structures when required.
Ability to push, pull, and lift heavy objects or machine parts with or without assistance.
Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
Must be able to work a 12-hour night shift (6 PM–6 AM) .

Starting Pay: $20/hr
Position Overview The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position will primarily support furnace operations, including monitoring molten metal temperatures, oxygen levels, furnace levels, and related equipment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment, troubleshooting equipment, making adjustments, and performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
