Job Description
We are looking for a Permitting Specialist to join our office in Milan HQ
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in permitting management, environmental management or a related role, preferably within the EPC sector and onshore/offshore project environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations, permitting processes and applicable standards, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical and consistent internal approaches.
- Experience working in a corporate, multi-project environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
- A structured and improvement-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify synergies, recurring issues and opportunities to enhance company processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with the Permitting Manager and the wider organization.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Availability to travel up to 10–20% of working time.

- Gross annual salary no less than: € 34.000
