Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- To direct and coordinate all the activities of the plant's maintenance area.
- Develop, implement and follow up on the preventive and predictive maintenance program.
- Guarantee the operational continuity of production equipment and auxiliary services.
- Lead and supervise the team of engineers and maintenance technicians.
- Manage the department's budget ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Evaluate the performance of the area through maintenance and reliability indicators.
- Execute and supervise maintenance plans and inspections on critical equipment.
- Coordinate plant improvement, modernization and infrastructure projects.
- Manage contractors and suppliers related to maintenance activities.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions derived from audits, incidents, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, policies, and standards.
- Promote the implementation and sustainability of TPM, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety and energy efficiency requirements.
- Actively participate in the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949 management systems.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the maintenance process.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the Plant Management.
- Participate in operational and strategic meetings to communicate results and action plans.
- Actively contribute to the corporate goal of Zero Incidents by promoting a culture of safety.
