Job Description
Location: Indianapolis Compounds
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and substantial HR Generalist experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience (including payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS transactions, and employee lifecycle processes) supporting a manufacturing environment preferred ; experience in distribution, logistics, healthcare, or other fast-paced operational environments will also be considered.
- You are comfortable supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with ADP, Workday, and SAP experience preferred.
