Job Description

This role is intended for people with 5 or more years’ HSE experience who have demonstrated a deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, root cause analysis, and an ability to work independently in high-risk scenarios.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, or related technical discipline.
Direct experience and time in an HSE role may be used as a substitute for a degree.
3-5 years EHS experience in manufacturing preferred.
ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, or other related HSE certification preferred.
Displays strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Some familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, etc
Knowledge of Texas Worker’s Compensation regulations.
Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (14001 & 45001) a plus.
Ability to travel periodically for meetings, participation in other site audits, etc.
Must be bilingual (Spanish speaking)
