Job Description

· Responsible for the development, implementation, training, and maintenance of site policies, programs and procedures to reduce team member injury, minimize company exposure and ensure compliance with corporate HSE management system and all applicable HSE regulations (OSHA; EPA; DOT; etc.).

Requirements

3-5 plus years of direct experience with OSHA compliance, behavior-based safety, root cause evaluation, incident management, standards and procedural development, auditing, and training.
Demonstrated passion for safety and environmental excellence.
Knowledge of worker’s compensation regulations.
Experience with Environmental permit compliance and Hazardous Waste management.
Experience in development and implementation of Training Material and processes.
Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (ISO14001:2015 & 45001:2018) a plus.
Experience with manufacturing site a plus.
Strong organizational & planning skills.
Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving skills.
Proficient with technology such as excel, PowerPoint, Word and other standard computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written), able to interact with all levels in the organization.
This is a site level role (not remote)
Ability to travel periodically for meetings and participation in other site audits.
