Job Description
A part-time Working Student role supporting HR and People Operations at Planet, focusing on administrative tasks, employee onboarding, HRIS support, and office support within an international, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR office administration and maintain organized employee records
- Assist with employee onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Help manage and update employee data within HRIS systems
- Perform general administrative tasks for the People Team
- Provide office support to ensure smooth team operations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university, ideally in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity software.
- A solid sense of responsibility and integrity.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
