Job Description
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA for a space and data company, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while partnering with hiring managers and maintaining a human-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for EMEA, from role scoping to offer stage
- Build and present diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
- Source, screen, cultivate, and close candidates efficiently and effectively
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment and facilitate interview processes
- Leverage Talent Acquisition tools to maintain accurate data and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Requirements
- Six years of recruiting experience, ideally within EMEA markets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience managing the end-to-end hiring process using Greenhouse.
- Experience recruiting in high-growth and/or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and People Business Partners to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
- Adaptable, composed, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to authentically connect with people across diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Exposure to outbound sourcing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including asynchronous communication across time zones.
