Job Description
The Sales Enablement Specialist at Planet is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to empower the sales team and partners, enhancing their ability to effectively communicate Planet's value proposition, utilize sales tools, and drive revenue growth through strategic enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage sales enablement programs and initiatives
- Create and deliver engaging sales training content and assessments
- Support sales teams with enablement needs and optimize enablement assets and systems
- Drive adoption and strategic use of sales tools and technology stack
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs through data analysis
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and program planning
- Participate in sales coaching, evaluations, and call reviews
Requirements
- Six (6) years of dedicated experience in sales enablement or a closely related sales capacity, preferably within a SaaS or DaaS enterprise environment.
- Expertise and proven experience driving adoption and strategic use of a comprehensive sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, and ideally Skilljar.
- Experience in cross-functional project or program management.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training, including classroom instruction.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Instructional Design and design authoring tools such as Rise.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
