Job Description
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs and resources to empower Planet's sales teams and partners, enhancing their ability to effectively communicate the company's value proposition, utilize sales tools, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage sales enablement programs and initiatives
- Create and deliver training content and assessments for sales teams
- Maintain and optimize enablement assets and systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Drive adoption and strategic use of sales tools and technology stack
- Support onboarding, ramping, and technical product training for sales personnel
- Monitor and analyze program effectiveness to implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and develop learning paths
- Participate in sales coaching, evaluations, and call reviews
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and annual planning
Requirements
- Six (6) years of dedicated experience in sales enablement or a closely related sales capacity, preferably within a SaaS or DaaS enterprise environment.
- Expertise and proven experience driving adoption and strategic use of a comprehensive sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, and ideally Skilljar.
- Experience in cross-functional project or program management.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training, including classroom instruction.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Instructional Design and design authoring tools such as Rise.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
