• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HRIS Analyst supporting HR, or Legal applications.
• Familiarity with HR processes (HCM and Compensation) and experience partnering with HRIS teams.
• Experience supporting or implementing Legal systems (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management or eSignature platforms) preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate them into functional solutions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

HYBRID: This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
