Job Description
The Compliance Coordinator manages and ensures adherence to safety, regulatory, and policy compliance requirements for renewable energy projects using Procore, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent workflow, reporting, and evidence documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the project compliance system using Procore to ensure adherence to safety, construction, and reportable compliance requirements.
- Manage workflow, evidence capture, reporting, and escalation processes related to project compliance.
- Ensure compliance with policy changes impacting renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with legal, accounting, project finance, project management, preconstruction, procurement, commercial operations, and external stakeholders to maintain compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating and driving the day-to-day execution of project compliance systems using Procore as the system of record
- Ability to ensure that every project meets Safety, Beginning of Construction requirements, IRA PWA Prevailing Wage Apprenticeship, Domestic Content, FEOC, and other reportable compliance requirements
- Experience managing workflow, evidence capture, reporting, and escalation processes across internal teams and external partners
- Ability to coordinate and ensure compliance with policy changes that impact renewable energy projects
- Experience interfacing and collaborating with legal, accounting, project finance, project management, preconstruction, procurement, commercial operations, and various external stakeholders
