The Sales Enablement Specialist Channel Operations is responsible for driving digital transformation within the distribution channel by supporting the adoption and improvement of digital tools, training distributors, and ensuring seamless data flow and system integration to enhance channel efficiency and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the adoption, execution, and improvement of digital tools and processes to support channel digitalization.
Support and reinforce distribution processes related to POS, credit, and programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and implement digitalization projects.
Facilitate the Voice of the Distributor program to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Train, coach, and support distributors in POS submissions, credit processes, and system usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve errors in POS and credit submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support system enhancements and testing for applications like P1F Exchange and related reporting.
Create and maintain reports and documentation related to channel tools, processes, and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent analyst work experience
Understanding of distribution as a manufacturer’s sales channel profit margins, inventory levels, turns, etc.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of relational database systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across sales and distribution functions
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with report writing and analytics
Excellent business communication skills both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time 2-4 hours at a time
Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods of time up to 4 hours at a time
Must be able to travel in vehicles, automobiles, trains, planes for up to 10 hours
Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office
