A Senior Marketing Manager responsible for driving growth, go-to-market strategies, and product storytelling for Palmetto's energy solutions, with a focus on HVAC services, to accelerate adoption and support sales across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth strategy and execution for HVAC Comfort Plan from awareness to retention
Develop and implement channel-specific growth programs across paid, owned, partnership, lifecycle, affiliate, and field channels
Partner with Data Analytics to define success metrics, dashboards, CAC, LTV models, and test-and-learn roadmaps
Identify and address growth bottlenecks and opportunities across the sales funnel
Build scalable playbooks for additional product lines such as storage, backup, and future energy services
Serve as a product marketing partner to GMs by translating product features into customer value propositions and supporting product launches
Support GMs in internal alignment, sales enablement, and external storytelling through messaging and positioning
Develop sales enablement tools such as messaging decks and one-pagers to improve sales performance
Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to align incentives, offers, and messaging to increase attach rates and cross-sell opportunities
Manage agency and vendor partners to support growth initiatives
Define and establish standards for growth marketing performance and scaling
Requirements
5-8 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles
Proven experience driving growth for B2C or B2B2C products, ideally in subscription, marketplace, fintech, proptech, or climate energy
Hands-on experience owning metrics, including building plans, writing briefs, working closely with creative teams, and analyzing performance
Experience partnering closely with product leaders or General Managers (GMs)
Strong growth instincts with a data-driven, experimental mindset
Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
Ability to influence without authority and thrive in cross-functional environments
Clear, compelling communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in HVAC, home services, energy, or consumer finance is preferred
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, subscriptions, or leasing models is preferred
Experience supporting multi-product portfolios or marketplaces is preferred
