FP&A Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field • 2-5 years FP&A experience, with demonstrated ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reporting • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape • Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes, and implements solutions and updates them • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly • Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; can present to varying audiences and leaders • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
