Job Description
The FP&A Manager at Palmetto is responsible for overseeing financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the company's Direct-to-Consumer segment, supporting growth initiatives and providing strategic insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full scope of FP&A processes for the Direct-to-Consumer business, including annual planning, monthly re-forecasting, and actuals review.
- Develop financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing insights on pricing, customer acquisition costs, unit economics, and growth initiatives.
- Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Support growth initiatives through analysis of margin improvement opportunities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years FP A experience, with demonstrated ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reporting
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape
- Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes, and implements solutions and updates them
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly
- Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to varying audiences and leaders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
