Job Description

The Talent function sits within Human Resources and owns the full hiring lifecycle—workforce planning, recruiting, offers, and onboarding—supporting growth across Origination, Execution, Asset Technology, and Corporate teams.

At Orenda, Talent Acquisition Partners own end-to-end recruiting outcomes across multiple functions as Orenda scales over the next 24 months, with a focus on speed, quality, and predictable execution. Success will be measured by consistently meeting hiring targets, maintaining a high talent bar, and reinforcing disciplined recruiting operations. This role reports to the Chief of Staff.
This role is ideal for: a recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and is motivated by clear performance metrics, structured execution, and ownership of hiring outcomes.

Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to hit hiring targets across multiple functions simultaneously
Data-driven approach — you manage by KPIs and use numbers to drive decisions
Track record of building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets
Strong stakeholder management skills; you know how to influence without authority
Comfort operating independently in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Experience recruiting for energy, infrastructure, construction or technical roles
Experience working at a recruiting or staffing agency
Background in an early-stage or scaling startup environment
Exposure to workforce planning or talent strategy initiatives
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting analytics tools (e.g., Greenhouse)

Base Salary: The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position in New York City is $91,000-125,000 per year. The final base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus: In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a significant annual performance-based bonus.
