Job Description
Palmetto is a leading clean tech company on a mission to accelerate the transition to a clean energy future.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in a finance, analytics, or business operations role; residential solar, FP&A, treasury, investor relations, or utility experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen; you understand how a business works and can connect financial data to operational reality
- Solid analytical and Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with large datasets and building structured, repeatable reporting outputs
- Proactively takes ownership of tasks, follows through independently, and coordinates across teams to get things done
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where priorities shift quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; can work across finance, technology, and operations teams effectively
