Job Description

A Senior Ground Software Operations Engineer responsible for developing tools, processes, and products to support satellite data operations and ensure customer success in a hyperspectral satellite analytics company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain tools, processes, and products for ground software operations
Collaborate with analytics and software teams to support satellite data collection and processing
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of ground software systems supporting satellite operations

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State, due to ITAR regulations.
Experience in building, maintaining, or operating ground software tools, processes, or products related to satellite data or space-based infrastructure.
Ability to work closely with analytics and software teams to develop and improve tools and processes critical to customer success.
Proven experience in space technology, satellite operations, or related fields (implied by the seniority level and context).
