We are seeking an IC3-level Technical Program Manager to join our 24/7 war room operations team. This role serves as a coordination hub between multiple teams and regions. Prospective team member must have an ability to digest strategic long-term goals into tactical actions. Ensure seamless communications by engaging with the right people, while ensuring everyone remains aligned on critical dates and deliverables. As part of a highly visible and business-critical program, the TPM will play a central role in maintaining momentum across global projects.
Requirements
Skilled communicator and organizer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines.
Calm under pressure with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes operations involving many moving parts.
Technical fluency in server and GPU rack deployments, infrastructure delivery, and data center operations.
Proactive program leader with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of driving results.
Extensive experience in program delivery within hyperscale, cloud, and other fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
Proven stakeholder manager adept at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
Flexible and adaptable capable of working across time zones and evolving business priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
