Job Description
The Enterprise Application Support Specialist - Assets & Purchasing is the primary support resource and subject matter expert for the applications that run asset management, purchasing, and construction operations - with Procore as the anchor platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications in asset management, procurement, construction technology, or ERP-adjacent environments.
- Hands-on Procore administration and configuration experience (permissions, workflows, templates, forms), plus exposure to asset management or purchasing systems.
- Business analysis experience: requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution design.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional application issues as well as integration, data, and workflow problems.
- Working knowledge of application governance, change management, and user support practices.
- Excellent communication skills across field, operations, finance, procurement, IT, vendor, and leadership audiences.
- Preferred Experience
- Asset management or EAM/CMMS platforms, purchasing and procure-to-pay workflows, project controls, or project accounting.
- APIs, iPaaS or middleware platforms, SSO, data mapping, or reporting.
- Working with vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.
- Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365.
