Job Description
The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for researching invoicing discrepancies for the commercial business line with the goal of remediating them to the mutual satisfaction of Omnidian and our field service partner (FSP) quickly and efficiently so both parties can move forward with the invoicing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Use the data available in Salesforce and partner invoices to determine where the discrepancy originated
- Work with cross-functional teams to determine which discrepancies are valid and require updates in Salesforce to match the partner invoice, and which invoice discrepancies require a push back and conversation with the partner
- Log invoice discrepancies
- Analyze invoice discrepancy log to find patterns
- Use analysis results to address issues on the operations side in priority order by creating and updating SOPs to propose to leadership
Requirements
- Have a consultant mindset; you want to tackle problems by learning about them first
- Experienced in solar and invoicing, commercial solar is a plus
