Job Description
As Controller, you'll drive the vision for Omnidian's accounting function and build the infrastructure that scales with us through our next stage of growth.
Requirements
- You are technically excellent, build genuine relationships across the business, and see accounting not as a reporting function but as a strategic enabler of growth.
- A systems thinker who builds for scale, not just for today
- A relationship builder who earns trust with business partners through rigor and accessibility
- You embrace AI and new methods as a genuine competitive advantage
- Direct, urgent, and able to translate technical accounting complexity into clear decisions for non-accounting leaders
- Energized by ownership and autonomy — you want to build something, run it, and lead a team that's proud of what Accounting stands for
