Job Description

The Office Manager serves as the operational hub for the Idaho Falls workplace, ensuring the office and facility remain organized, functional, secure, and welcoming.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of relevant office management, facilities coordination, or workplace operations experience.
Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, purchasing, and workplace logistics.
Experience tracking cross-functional requests, projects, or work activities through completion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack and the ability to learn new systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work onsite at the Idaho Falls location.
Experience supporting engineering, research, laboratory, manufacturing, or other technical teams is preferred.
Ability to lift or move 25lbs

Oklo requires remote employees to travel to headquarters (Santa Clara, CA) twice a quarter annually, based on business or team needs, including attendance at team meetings, off-sites, and other company events or gatherings. For the first two weeks of onboarding, employees are required to be in person at headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.
