The Renewals Expert is responsible for managing customer relationships at the end of lease agreements, focusing on maximizing retention and satisfaction through strategic, personalized interactions and issue resolution to encourage customers to renew their electric vehicle leases.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize customer retention and satisfaction at lease end
Convert upcoming lease renewals and win back controllable leavers
Resolve customer issues directly to renew relationships
Provide a strategic, relationship-based approach to existing customers
Requirements
Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role involving direct customer interaction and relationship management
Ability to resolve customer issues directly and effectively to ensure a great customer experience
Strong communication skills to engage with customers in a strategic, relationship-based approach rather than standard sales calls
Demonstrated ability to convert upcoming lease renewals and win back controllable leavers
Experience or ability to handle lease renewal processes and customer retention strategies
Ability to work as part of a team within a newly established Driver Success Team focused on customer retention and satisfaction
