Job Description
The Platform Manager will oversee the development and management of renewable energy projects across Europe, focusing on maximizing value through project development stages, stakeholder communication, and decision support, with fluency in Italian required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maximize the value of renewable energy development projects across Europe from early stage to ready-to-build and through to exit.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver investment cases and support project development in changing market conditions.
- Support decision-making and value creation for portfolio companies by providing insights and analysis to board directors and fund managers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and senior stakeholders to ensure project progress and alignment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential for this role.
- Understanding of renewables development and the ability to support value maximization of projects through their development journey from early stage to ready to build.
- Experience in supporting decision making and value creation for portfolio companies at a senior stakeholder level, including board directors and fund managers.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the team and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset related to renewable energy development.
- Experience in managing or supporting development investments across multiple countries, specifically across Europe.
- Ability to support the value maximization of projects through their development stages, from early stage land to ready to build, and lead on exits.
