Job Description
A full-stack Software Engineer role focused on building and validating a new electric vehicle leasing platform for the German market, working closely with the leadership team to rapidly develop minimum viable solutions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and validate the EV leasing product for the German market from the ground up.
- Collaborate directly with the country General Manager to rapidly develop and ship minimum viable solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software components for the platform.
- Quickly iterate on product features to enable business growth and market validation.
Requirements
- Experience as a full-stack developer with the ability to quickly ship minimum viable solutions and directly enable business growth.
- Ability to work directly with the country General Manager to rapidly build and validate the product for the German market.
- Proficiency in building software solutions from the ground up, indicating experience with foundational development tasks.
- Strong skills in both front-end and back-end development, as the role is for a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders, including the General Manager.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where rapid development and deployment are required.
- Ability to own and shape the development of the EV platform in Germany, demonstrating a proactive and ownership mindset.
- Fluency in English, as the application requires a CV in English and likely communication in English within the team.
