Job Description
A Commercial Asset Manager responsible for optimizing the performance of an 850MW wind energy portfolio in the Nordic region, working closely with asset and fund management teams to manage issues, mitigate risks, and maintain key supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive asset performance across an 850MW wind portfolio in the Nordic region.
- Collaborate with asset management and fund management teams to understand and prioritize strategic objectives.
- Manage issues, mitigate risks, and optimize performance of renewable energy assets.
- Leverage external partners and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience in managing asset performance within the renewable energy sector, specifically with wind portfolios, with a focus on driving issue management, risk mitigation, and performance optimisation.
- Ability to build an understanding of strategic priorities and use that knowledge to direct priorities accordingly in asset management.
- Proven experience in leveraging external partners and maintaining key supplier relationships relevant to renewable energy assets.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with asset management and fund management teams, and report to the Asset Management Director.
- Ability to work an average of 3 days per week in the London office, indicating flexibility and willingness to work in an office environment.
- Educational background or experience relevant to asset management, renewable energy, or a related field (implied but not explicitly specified).
