Job Description
Shift Details: Saturday – Monday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet production and shipping commitments
Provide work direction, coaching, and support to hourly team members
Train and onboard new employees and temporary workers
Monitor daily performance and take action to keep the team on track
Partner with supervisors and support teams to resolve operational issues
Promote a safe, organized work environment and reinforce safety expectations
Identify opportunities for improvement and engage the team in problem-solving
Operate equipment such as forklifts and other material handling tools as needed
