As a senior member of Nuro’s Technical Sourcing team, you will build and maintain top-tier talent pipelines for leadership and technical roles across ML, AI, and Robotics. Partnering closely with engineering leaders and recruiters, you will deliver targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive and competitive talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen who thrives in ambiguity and approaches sourcing strategically.
• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains.
• Demonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong technical acumen—you understand how complex engineering systems fit together and can quickly ramp on new domains.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches.
• Data-driven mindset; you use funnel metrics to prioritize, refine approaches, and communicate impact.
• Naturally curious, persistent, and energized by digging deep, iterating, and playing the long-term sourcing game.
