Job Description
The Mission Operations Coordinator at Nuro is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and optimizing fleet operations across multiple geographies, ensuring efficient deployment of autonomous vehicles, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous process improvements to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and optimize allocation decisions across multiple operational missions and geographies.
- Translate operational plans into daily schedules and ensure execution to meet productivity goals.
- Monitor and adjust fleet operations to maximize efficiency and respond to changing conditions.
- Support on-road operations and handle customer interactions for commercial deliveries.
- Troubleshoot technical, software, and emergency situations with composure.
- Update and communicate shift reports, handoff notes, and operational insights.
- Drive workflow optimization and automation initiatives within Mission Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational processes.
Requirements
- 1 year of resource planning, allocation, optimization, reporting, etc. ideally in fleet management, autonomous driving and or robot operations logistics
- Ability to implement a schedule of operating times for the assigned shift including, but not limited to, working on shift rotations
- Ability to synthesize and work with data to drive insights into operations for other teams to leverage - comfortable with sheets, data studio, Looker
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with a willingness to help out where needed
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain flexible with the changing needs of the business as well as schedule changes
- BA BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Compensation/salary range between $55,800 and $75,390, depending on experience and qualifications
