Job Description
Job Summary Position is responsible for basic solar operational and maintenance tasks including basic troubleshooting, manual mowing, tooling maintenance and inspections, basic Preventative Maintenance, Snow Plowing/shoveling, basic Lockout/Tagout, component replacement, & equipment hauling.
Requirements
- High School /GED
- Internal bidders will not be required to pass the CAST or MAT (Mechanical Aptitude Test) to be an eligible bidder
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- High School Diploma / GED
- Internal bidders will not be required to pass the CAST or MAT (Mechanical Aptitude Test) to be an eligible bidder
- One of the following:
- o If bidding from a higher classification – passing a prequalification test will be required to obtain the Solar Technician II position prior to being eligible to accept and report to the position
- o If bidding from a lower or equal classification – in addition to passing a prequalification test, individuals must have been in the Solar Technician I role for a minimum of one (1) year prior to being eligible to accept and report to the position
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire
