Job Description
The role involves developing and executing cross-channel lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and direct mail, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven campaign planning, personalization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and direct mail to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Design and optimize customer journeys and triggered campaigns using behavioral and lifecycle data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cross-channel campaign briefs and programs aligned with campaign objectives.
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns in CRM systems with precision.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to optimize engagement and strategy.
- Support CRM roadmap planning through segmentation, automation, and testing initiatives.
- Maintain and improve CRM tools, documentation, processes, and best practices.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing experience, preferably in DTC, SaaS, subscription, or regulated industries such as energy, fintech, or healthcare.
- Strong working knowledge of ESP platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Pardot, or similar.
- Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle strategy including onboarding, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in building and managing customer journeys and triggered campaigns using behavioral and lifecycle data.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Creative, Product, and Marketing Operations to translate campaign objectives into cross-channel programs.
- Ability to build, QA, and launch campaigns with precision in CRM systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining reporting dashboards and providing cross-functional updates to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and dynamic email content.
- Willingness to learn SQL or basic knowledge of SQL.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives within and outside the organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve engagement, education, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and present creative solutions.
- Experience in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty.
