Job Description
WHAT WE OFFER
Key Responsibilities
Process assigned payrolls accurately and within established payroll schedules
Process employee payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, tax withholding, direct deposit, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and other payroll updates
Prepare manual checks and off-cycle payroll adjustments as needed
Research and resolve routine payroll discrepancies
Retrieve data for audit requests
Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations
Process and maintain wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other involuntary deductions in accordance with applicable laws, court orders, and company policies
Support payroll team members with administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, filing, and special projects as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information and comply with company policies regarding sensitive data
Provide cross-functional support to ensure continuity of payroll operations during peak processing periods or staff absences
Other duties as assigned
Regular and predictable attendance.
Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards
ABOUT YOU
Requirements
Two (2) or more years of payroll, accounting, finance, or related experience
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, JD Edwards (E1), Construction Monkey, or similar payroll systems preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
