Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support in all aspects of construction law
Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts
Draft documentation and provide legal support for disputes involving construction projects
Ensure proper organization and timely completion of relevant project documents
Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external inquiries
Other duties as assigned
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Essential Functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and as well as other applicable industry-specific professional and ethical standards
ABOUT YOU
Requirements
3 to 7+ years of construction law experience
Active state bar admission and ability to become licensed in Colorado within 6 months
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a bachelor’s degree
