Critical Environment Technician (Shifts)

Monitor, operate, and control critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and control systems. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved EOPs, MOPs, and SOPs. • Respond to incidents, support troubleshooting and recovery activities, and lead response efforts when appropriate. • Identify and escalate safety, compliance, and operational risks in line with Microsoft standards. • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safe and high-quality execution. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and developing technical capability over time.

• Required Qualifications • Upper secondary education (vocational or general upper secondary school) or equivalent practical work experience • Some prior experience in technical work, such as: industrial maintenance, electrical or HVAC installations, energy, process or production facilities, datacentres, hospitals or other demanding technical environments • You will be required to travel between sites as part of this role so a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns in a 24/7 operational environment. • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Preferred (but not essential) Qualifications • Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related field, or equivalent training. • Experience working with CMMS systems. • Experience in high-availability, mission-critical, or safety-critical environments. • Exposure to industrial, electrical, mechanical, cooling, or control systems.
• Direct datacenter experience is not required—we provide onboarding and support to build the necessary domain expertise. You do not need to meet every requirement to apply. • Critical Environment Ops ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 367,900.00 - kr 531,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
