Job Description
A Senior Software Developer responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, cloud-native, AI-assisted solutions to modernize Metergy’s data and service platforms, while mentoring junior developers and shaping the company's technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, AI-assisted solutions across data and service platforms.
- Modernize legacy systems into a cloud-native architecture.
- Shape the company's technology roadmap.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and developing scalable, AI-assisted solutions across data and service platforms.
- Proven experience in leading the design and development of cloud-native architecture systems.
- Ability to shape and influence the technology roadmap of the organization.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading development teams.
- Strong skills in software development, including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with modern software development practices and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with data platforms and service-oriented architectures.
- Ability to contribute to the modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native solutions.
